Listed on our website are the documents that govern ACOP. It is important to note that we are not asking for complete agreement on every point, but a willingness to abide by these documents. Your answer "Yes" to these statements indicates acceptance. Please answer all of the following questions.

I will not pursue legal action or sue ACOP and/or its Trustees, Directors or Employees in matters concerning their official duties or in disciplinary action necessary as stated in the Bylaws and Policies of ACOP of Canada Incorporated, and consistent with the Scriptures, namely: I Cor. 6:1-6; Mt. 18:15-17; I Tim. 3:1-17; Titus 1:7-9; Heb. 13:17

I understand that the presence & participation of all members is highly valued and expected at Regional and National Conferences and I agree to make every effort to attend. I also understand it is my responsibility to contact my Regional Director when I am unable to attend.
I understand that if a member is absent from Regional or National Conference for a period of two years, their membership with ACOP will be subject to a review by the Regional Director and District Lead Team.
Fees are based on gross annual ministry income - Box 14 of most recent T4 slip.
Married couples who are both members of ACOP - the annual membership fee is based on the primary income earner's salary, plus 10%, Check this box if your spouse is also a member.Seniors are those who are 65 year of age and older (or those who will turn 65 in 2019). Seniors will receive a 20% discount on fees in their income category, Check this box if you qualify for the seniors discount
